Jerome W. Chambers
Jerome Webster Chambers (1944 - ) is a Baltimore native, now living in Indianapolis, Indiana,
who at a early age demonstrated an interest in drawing and painting. As a self taught artist,
making art to share with family, friends, and the public has been a life's dream.
In July of 1999, after the sudden death of his sister, Jerome decided to start painting on a
regular basis. At this time in his life, he feels the need to share his work and his interest
in human interactions with the powerful forces of nature.
Watching the motion of a raging sea suggests an inner peace and a search for body and soul. Also
interested in the expressions on people's faces, Jerome's goal is to bring drawing and painting
to as many people as possible, so that they can enjoy art.
